Each of our bedrooms is equipped with air-conditioning, heating, safe, window mosquito nets, a wardrobe (open wardrobe in room II) and hair-dryer. In each room, you will find both wine and water glasses and a complimentary bottle of water.
We don’t offer televisions in any of our bedrooms to ensure complete relaxation to all our guests during their stay.
To ensure the maximum comfort, we have chosen top quality linen and towels.
Our bathroom courtesy sets are by ANYAH (Ecolabel or Ecocert), a high-quality and eco-friendly amenities supplier who tries to minimize its impact on the environment, producing parabens, BHT and formaldehyde free products.
Each morning from 8.30 to 9.45 we offer a homemade continental breakfast in the ground floor area of the Villa or on the outdoor breakfast area, should the weather allow. A selection of hot drinks including freshly ground coffee is served to your table.
At the time of booking, we kindly ask you to please let us know of any food allergies or intolerances. We are more than happy to prepare a specific breakfast (gluten-free, lactose-free etc) but being a small Bed & Breakfast we are able to do so only if notified in advance.
In the ground floor lounge area we offer a complimentary selection of tea and coffee available throughout your stay.
Next to this area, you will find a well stock Information Point with updated tourist information and local maps of Siena and Florence provinces, recommendations, itineraries etc. Regional travel guides (Lonely Planet, Rough Guides etc) are available to borrow.
