We are a small Bed & Breakfast and as such do not offer a 24 hour reception service. Although we are generally at the property throughout the day, guests are kindly asked to inform us about their estimated arrival time.
Check-in: from 3 pm to 8 pm (for late check-ins, please contact us prior to booking)
Check-out: before 10.30 am
Parking is only available outside our premises: there is a free public car park right opposite our Bed and Breakfast and there are a couple of other free public car parks available nearby (less than 100 metres).
Given the specific characteristic of our property, Villa San Michele can only accommodate adults and children over 14 years old and please note that all our rooms are max. 2 persons occupancy.
We do love animals but unfortunately we can’t accommodate pets, except for guide-dogs; guests are kindly asked to specify it at the time of booking.
We live in a little hamlet with neighbours and we kindly ask our guests to please be respectful to other guests and our neighbours by avoiding loud noises at any time and particularly during night time.
Though we do welcome groups booking, please note that our property is not suitable for noisy parties (hen-do’s, stag-do’s etc).
All indoor spaces including bedrooms and common areas are strictly no smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, using the ash-trays provided.
